Back at the de Borch Hotel Wal awakes to find the hotel in a state of great merriment. The guests have all realised that then national idol Phil the Phoot-baller is present, and they are all honouring him in great style. During all this celebration a messenger arrives with an invitation to wal from the Kremlin to visit them for a Summit Conference. Midst great joy from the assembled populance Wal accepts the invitation and prepares to leave with the farewell songs of the people ringing in his ears.
