Mr. James Temple Fisher, was a member of the Grey Government during its tenure of office. He accepted the portfolio of Postmaster-General and Commissioner of Telegraphs, which he retained from October, 1877 to the same month in 1879, when the ministry sustained defeat, and were replaced by the Hall Administration.
