After serving a long apprenticeship in Wellington, Mr. Ross founded the present business in 1889. In order to increase his knowledge of the trade, Mr. Ross took an extended trip, visiting Sydney and Melbourne, America and England. During this trip Mr. Ross was enabled to gain much valuable experience. He is now importing some of the latest machinery, so as to be in a position to execute all classes of work. Mr. Ross is a manufacturer of rubber stamps, and an expert in art illumination.
