The manager. Mr. Willoughby Crichton McDougall, was born in 1852, in New South Wales. He joined the Bank of Otago in Dunedin, in 1870, and continued in its service till the National Bank took over the business. Mr. McDougall has been manager at Oamaru since 1881.
