Martin, William , Coal and Firewood Merchant, and General Carrier. Esk Street, Invercargill. Yards and Stables, Don Street and Liddel Street. About fourteen vehicles and twenty horses are engaged in connection with this business, which was founded in 1883. Mr. Martin has been railway cartage contractor for Invercargill, since 1892, and also does an extensive business as a coal and firewood merchant. He is further referred to as an ex-Mayor of South Invercargill.
