Petitioners pray for a rehearing of the Otawhao A Block, Hawke's Bay.
I am directed to report that, as the subject-matter of this petition has been reheard by the Native Land Court, and the facts fully inquired into, this Committee has no recommendation to make.

No. 556.—Pitihana a Horomona te Rongoparae me etahi atu.
E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia tu he whakawa tuarua mo Otawhao A Poraka, Haaki Pei.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei: I runga i te mea kua whakawakia tuaruatia ano tenei keehi e te Kooti Whenua Maori a kua ata uiuia ona putake katoa kahore he kupu a te Komiti.
