Petitioner prays that land in Horowhenua (No. 9) set apart for him and his relatives by arrangement with Sir Donald McLean in 1874, and since awarded to others, may be returned to them.

I have the honour to report that the Committee recommend that this petition should be referred to the Government with a view to relief being granted to the petitioner.
