Petitioners pray that a rehearing may be granted in connection with the portions of Okataina Block known as Ruato and Waione-Kaiwaka.
I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia-whakaaetia he whakawakanga tuarua mo nga wahi o Okataina Poraka e mohiotia nei ko Ruato me Waione-Kaiwaka.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro a te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia uiuia.
