No. 792 (1907).—Petition of Merea Wikiriwhi re Ngatikoi, Section 1a, Block 16.

Re a block of land in the Ohinemuri District, containing 79 acres 3 roods, partition of which was made by the Native Land Court in May, 1896. This is alleged not to be right, and it is asked that the said partition be set aside, and that a second hearing of the application for partition be granted.
