No. 853 (1907).—Petition of Epanaia Whaanga and 21 Others re Opoutama and Waikokopu No. 3 Blocks.
Petitioners ask that the power of administration of these blocks by the Public Trustee be withdrawn, and that the petitioners be permitted to administer them for their own benefit.
I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that the petition be referred to the Government for favourable consideration.
