Petitioner prays that legislation be passed enabling him to complete his contract for purchase of Native lands.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommends this petition to the favourable and immediate consideration of the Government.

E inoi ana kia paahitia he rarangi ture e ahei ai ia te whakatutuki i tana kanataraka hoko i etahi whenua Maori.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ripoata, e penei ana te kupu tohutohu atu a te Komiti, me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria paitia i naianei tonu.
