Petitioner prays that, before coming to a decision upon the petition of Native owners of the Tutira Block, means be taken to ascertain from the Native Land Commission the true facts.
I am directed to report that, as an action relative to the above petition is pending in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, the Committee has no recommendation to make.
