Nos. 74, 569, and 570 (1908).—Petitions of Hetaraka Manihera and 25 Others, of Kaikohe; Hoori Puriri, of Kaikohe; and Marama Tahehe and Another, of Waimate North.

Petitioners pray for an investigation into the title of the Taraire Block.

I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, these petitions should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ripoata, ki te whakaaro a te Komiti me tuku atu enei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria paitia.
