Extrav Bookings

Extrav will be on from 13th—18th May i.e. from Saturday to Thursday. General Booking will open at the D.I.C. on Tuesday, 9th May. Prices are 7/6 and 4/- (plus booking fee). Gallery tickets will be sold on the evening of each performance at 2/6 each. Members of the Association will be entitled to preferential booking on Monday, 8th May for one performance only, that of the following Monday, 15th May. Students interested in this preferential system should call at the Exec Room some time after the 1st May and get a letter certifying their membership of the Association from Miss Cooper which letter, when presented to the Booking Office on Monday 8th, will entitle them to book as many seats as they want for the following Monday night's performance. There will not be any student concession. All the above decisions have been approved by the Extrav Controllers' Committee.

I would also like to remind students that no one is permitted to go backstage before or during the show either from the stage door entrances or from the theatre itself. The Cbmmittee has approved the employing of an extra door-keeper on the door between the theatre and the bark-stage area. This has been done to assist in the smooth running of this year's Extrav and a dim view win be taken of the efforts of anyone who attempts to get back-stage without the necessary pass.
