Cook Islands Continued

Gerry Mills will complete a series of three articles on the Cook Islands In future Issues of Salient. His second article will bring the history of New Zealand's administration of the Islands up to the present.

A third article by this acknowledged expert on the Islands (he Is consulted by those who agree or disagree with his conclusions) will analyse the new constitution proposed for the Cook Islands.
