Student Holiday Travel

Men's Vice-President Ian McKinnon (pictured left) says students travelling: overseas in the long vacation should see NZUSA.

He Says students can obtain substantial student discounts in other countries by using students International ID cards.

They enable students to obtain discounts or internal air travel in Australia, for example.

Reporting on the progress of other travel schemes, Mr. McKinnon says that there may again be work camps in the Pacific, although this is not definite.

Students interested in these schemes should apply to NZUSA for details. He says the China holiday scheme is still planned—despite recent events in China—but the Victoria students involved should keep in close touch with NZUSA.
