The new look

For the past few months VUW athletes have been wearing a new uniform— the large gold "V" on the green vest has been changed to "Victoria University". Hurdlers Cam Murray and John Hunt wear the new vests at a recent inter-club meeting.

All Black Gerald Kember, a fourth year law student, who last year toured France and Great Britain with the team. He played in seven games and scored 42 points.

Soon after arriving back in Wellington on December 20 he went into Waiouru Military Camp for seven weeks, coming out just in time for beginning of term.

Last year Gerald sat finals in four units when on tour in Britain and passed three.
