I, Charles Heaphy, the Trust Commissioner under "The Native Lands Frauds PreventionTrust Commissioner's certificate. Act, 1870," for the District of Wellington, do hereby certify that I have, with respect to the within-written instrument and the alienation thereby witnessed, made the inquiries directed by the said Act, and I certify that I am satisfied with the result of such inquiries.
Dated this 5th day of June, 1873.

Received on the 25th June, 1873, the sum of thirty four pounds eleven shillings andReceipt for duties paid. sixpence, being amount of duty payable upon this Deed under "The Native Lands Act, 1865," and "The Native Lands Act, 1867," as per certificate No. 239 of Registrar of Deeds, Wellington.
